Cancellation Policy
Payment & Confirmation * Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking. * Your date and time are not confirmed until payment is received. Short-Notice & Last-Minute Bookings * Proposals booked within 24–48 hours of the scheduled date are subject to a $150 short-notice fee. * Proposals booked within 7 days of the scheduled date may be subject to an additional fee, depending on availability and scope. Date Finalization * All proposal details (date, time, location) must be confirmed prior to the proposal. * Short-notice bookings may have limited flexibility for customization. Rescheduling * One-time reschedules are permitted in accordance with our Cancellation & Weather Policy. * All reschedules are subject to availability. Scope of Services * Services are delivered based on the package selected at checkout. * Any upgrades or additions must be confirmed prior to the proposal date and may incur additional fees.
